The staff. Particularly, a staff member by the name of Mason. I made a mistake, in scheduling. I had the wrong weekend. Without reservation insurance, I could’ve lost my prepaid room. And would’ve had to pay, again to stay that night. Mason want the extra mile to straighten out my reservation. Something he did not have to do.

Large lobby and dining room, comfortable beds, clean room, fitness center, good breakfast with a lot of options, and friendly staff.

Breakfast was good. Could have had a little better variety of fruit but I'm more of a vegetarian than most people. All that was available was a few apples. I had oatmeal with raisins and added some raspberry yogurt. Good location with easy access to everything I needed.
